CTI - 17inch

These CTI 17 Inch balloons are tough; full inflated they are round, but over-inflated they produce a long neck. In most respects, they are very similar to the TufTex 17 Inch balloon. Excellent for general decoration, art projects, and celebrations, but mostly a good favourite for many looners.
