01.11.21 - Update for our European (European Economic Area) customers;

We’re open! After a little legal consultation and a lot of red-tape wrangling, we can now send to our European friends now. However, there are a number of new conditions;

[1] Each customer (that’s you!) is responsible for their local customs charges; this is called “DDU (delivery duty unpaid), and is cover by our “International Customs Charge” police, as detailed below. Customs charges can vary from country to country, please check with your local customs operators / national government.
[2] We hold no liability for any loss, or damage to any order as a result of any additional shipping/customs processes required by your local/national customs officials/shipping providers.
[3] We know this is not an ideal situation - and that many customers will be disparaged by the idea that their confidential order may (legally) be examined by a third-party/customs officials. Be assured, we still pack your orders in confidential and plain, unbranded packaging. And our CN22 (Customs Declaration Forms) will still use internationally standard and accepted “HS codes” to describe the contents of our order. This is to ensure your order is a secret as can be!

Standard Shipping option will be dispatched within 24-48 working hours of ordering. For Express and On-Time Shipping ordered before 12PM, those orders will be processed and dispatched on the same day.

All our international parcels are currently sent DDU (delivery duty unpaid) so you may have additional fees to pay upon delivery. Please check the local fees for your shipping destination to find out if there will additional fees to pay upon arrival.

EXCESS SHIPPING COSTS

We use 3 different pricing brackets for the 3 different regions worldwide. This allows us to deliver our balloons to places world-wide at a fair and competitive price to other online stores, for everyone to enjoy. In general, where orders are in excess of the prices stated, We don’t charge, unless orders are above £199.99. If such a case does arrive, we will contact you privately using your contact details to offer you a bespoke delivery option.


SHH! SECRET BOXES!

When we ship your balloons, we will do so in brown or white, neutral-looking boxes, or shipping envelopes. In some circumstances, such as cross-border checks and customs controls, we will need to mark your shipment with an indicator of its contents, As such will mark your shipment with “Party Items”, or in customs cases “the Harmonised System (HS) code” for balloons.
Our sender name will be addressed as “LLbyLB”.
